Comments

Posting blog comments is a feature designed to promote public debate and freedom of expression.

The right to free expression is not an absolute right and must be exercised in such a way as not to infringe on the rights and freedoms of others.

By using the commenting functionality on the blog you agree that you are fully and solely responsible for the content uploaded and/or posted on the blog and you will indemnify Cloud-Center for any losses suffered directly and/or indirectly as a result of the infringement the present terms of use, the provisions of any laws in force, as well as any legitimate interests or rights belonging to third parties.

The user agrees that the administrators of this blog have the right to modify, delete, edit, publish and in any other way use the content uploaded by the user for posting and any posting thereof on the blog as part of the process known as "moderation comments".

Cloud-Center assumes no responsibility for the content of comments, both in unmodified form and in the form changed/altered in the moderation process, the user still remains solely responsible for the content.

Cloud-Center has the discretionary right to provide or not to provide commenting functionality for any blog material/article, to close it temporarily or permanently, to reopen it and to cancel this functionality.

When you post a comment, you undertake to comply in particular with the following rules:

Using decent and civilized language. The use of licentious, insulting, offensive and aggressive language and any form of abusive, provocative behavior towards other people (such as "trolling") is prohibited. We do not accept racism, xenophobia, sexism and any form of discrimination and hate speech.

Advertising and spam in any form (such as links, solicitations for funds, personal, commercial or political promotional materials, repeating messages) is prohibited in comments.

Comments must comply with all applicable laws, for example:

Protecting intellectual property. Unauthorized distribution of works protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright, is prohibited.

When users violate the rules established and agreed to under these terms regarding the posting of comments, Cloud-Center may modify, edit or delete non-compliant comments.

The Content (which includes, without limitation, materials and information provided, text, image, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, graphics, symbols, metadata, programming code, web graphics, software programs) is the property of Cloud-Center or the party that provides it, and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.

Content provided by third parties is marked by mentioning an identifying element of the third party (such as name, logo) next to and/or within that content.

Content accessed through the blog must be used in compliance with any and all additional provisions of these terms regarding proprietary rights including, but not limited to, applicable copyrights contained in any third party terms and conditions or disclosures.

Users who use the comment posting functionality and content submitters grant Cloud-Center a free, non-exclusive license for any medium (such as but not limited to the Internet, social media, applications) and unlimited in time and space to use the content which they have uploaded to the blog or submitted for editorial purposes, which includes the right of Cloud-Center to sublicense such content free of charge to third parties it designates in this regard.

Copyright for content uploaded to the blog/submitted for editorial purposes remains with the user/person who submitted it to us.

If the content generated by users violates intellectual and industrial property laws or any other law, the violation can be reported to the e-mail address contact@cloud-center.ro.

The content of the blog can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, in compliance with the present terms and all applicable legal provisions.

If the content used does not implicitly mention the source, the user undertakes to indicate it and add a link to it.

The user undertakes not to use the content to abuse, harm or violate in any way the rights, freedoms or legitimate interests of any natural and/or legal person.

Cloud-Center makes no guarantees that the information provided by or through the blog is complete, current or accurate.
